The fastest way: click-through from email
Many users access Gridium through their weekly email reports. This method requires no passwords and takes you directly to your building’s current data.
How it works:
- Open your Monday email from Gridium
- Click your building name (shown as a blue/underlined link)
- You’re automatically logged in and viewing your building
Helpful hint: The link from your email places a cookie on your computer for automatic access. Use an incognito browser window if you’re on a shared computer.
Traditional login method
You can always login to Gridium Energy Analytics via the website.
- Navigate to Snapmeter.com
- Enter your email address as username
- Enter your password
- Click Sign In
Common access scenarios
- I check Gridium from multiple locations: Use the email link method. It works from any device, anywhere.
- I prefer going directly to the website: Bookmark your building’s page after clicking through from email once.
- Multiple people need access to our building: Each person gets their own login. Contact your account admin to add users.
