Privacy

Effective date: August 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Gridium, Inc. (“Gridium,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit gridium.com (the “Site”). It covers the Site only. If you use the Gridium application, the Gridium App Privacy Notice applies to that use.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit a form on the Site — for example to contact us, request a demo, or sign up — we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, company, and message. Form submissions are processed in our customer relationship management systems so we can respond to and manage your inquiry.

Information collected automatically, with your consent. With your consent, we use analytics and marketing technologies that collect information about your visit — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser characteristics, and identifiers set in cookies. These do not run unless you accept them in our cookie banner. See our Cookie Notice for the specific services and cookies.

Server logs. Our hosting provider maintains standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages, for security and site operation.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, provide and improve the Site, understand how the Site is used (with your consent to analytics), and market our services (with your consent to marketing technologies). We do not use this information for automated decision-making with legal effects.

How we share information

We share information with service providers that process it on our behalf: our CRM and marketing platform, our sales system,, our analytics provider, our hosting provider, and our font service. If you consent to marketing cookies, limited identifiers may be shared with advertising partners to measure our advertising. We do not sell personal information for money.

Your choices and rights

Cookie consent. Non-essential cookies and tracking run only if you accept them. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Manage consent” link in the footer.

Do Not Sell or Share (California). California residents may opt out of the “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because our tracking is consent-based, no such sharing occurs unless you opt in — and you can withdraw consent at any time via the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal.

California residents additionally have the right to know, correct, and delete personal information we hold about them, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Visitors in the European Economic Area and UK have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of their personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@gridium.com.

Data retention

We retain inquiry and CRM records for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you and as required by law. Analytics data is retained per the retention settings of the analytics service.

Children

The Site is a business service not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
