If you are updating the way you structure request types, you may need to make changes across many locations. Here's how to do it quickly.

Let’s say that you have a request type called “Temperature” that occupants use to report comfort issues. And at some point you decide that you want to separate out hot calls and calls for better reporting.

No problem: you delete the “Temperature” request type and add two new ones: “Too hot” and “Too cold”. But you manage over 20 locations. Do you really have to edit each one individually to update the list of available request types?

Thankfully, no. Instead, edit the request types themselves to quickly select the list of associated locations. You can even select “All” to add them everywhere at once.
