Gridium is now SOC 2 Type II compliant, as part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining customer data security and privacy.

In today’s digital landscape, ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive information is critical to maintaining customer trust. As a 100% customer-first company, we’re pleased to announce that Gridium has achieved SOC 2 Type II compliance, a critical component of our ongoing commitment to data security and privacy for our customers.

AICPA SOC 2 LogoFor those less familiar, SOC 2 is a globally recognized standard for data security that provides independent validation of a company’s security and privacy controls. Compliance with SOC 2, in accordance with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants standards, helps Gridium demonstrate to our current and future customers that we have taken the necessary steps to protect our customers’ data, and are continuously monitoring and improving our security measures to meet the highest standards of security and compliance.

What does this mean for our customers? Here’s the TLDR:

  • At Gridium, we take data security seriously.
  • We have invested heavily in technical safeguards such as encryption, network security, and intrusion detection to safeguard customer data.
  • Just as importantly, we have invested in the human element of security by putting in place training and other processes to ensure that security remains one of our highest company values.
  • We audit these controls annually through an independent auditor to ensure compliance.

Gridium was audited by Prescient Assurance, a leader in security and compliance attestation for B2B, SaaS companies worldwide.
