Unlike the website, the app uses a password to protect your account
To log into the website, you click a link sent to your email inbox. The app, on the other hand, uses a traditional username and password for login.
Your username is the same email address you use to log into the website. Before you access the app for the first time, you need to set up a password.
Creating a password
- Log into your account on the website
- Go to Settings (the gear icon) > My account > Mobile password
- Enter a password that contains at least eight characters
- Re-enter the password to confirm
You can now use your email address and password to log into the mobile app.
Updating a password
To update your mobile password, follow the same steps you performed to create your password.
