Since 2011, our environmental initiatives have resulted in a 45% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions within our operations. We are intentional in our focus on green building certifications. We strive for LEED Gold or Silver certification for new developments, demonstrating our dedication to enhancing energy efficiency across our properties. To date, 6.4 million sq. ft. of our portfolio has earned LEED certification, and 17.7 million sq. ft. has achieved ENERGY STAR certification status. Including our IREM CSP designations, 36% of our portfolio has earned a green building certification as of December 31, 2023.(1)
