Work remotely

We’re a distributed team, which means you can work wherever you work best, whether a home office, a co-working space, your mountain hideaway, a favorite coffee shop, or anywhere else.

Not everyone is comfortable working remotely – we understand! – but we’ve invested heavily in the tools and processes necessary to make distributed collaboration work. Maybe you want to be home every day when your kids get back from school. Or maybe you just prefer to stay close to your favorite mountain bike trail. Whatever the situation, if you’re a self-starter who craves flexibility, remote work might be for you.

Face time counts

Because sometimes face-to-face really is best, all Gridium employees get together once a quarter for three days of intensive planning, doing, eating, and socializing.

These get-togethers, affectionately called “Gridium Camp,” are highly productive and also a lot of fun. Past camps have brought us to Chicago, San Diego, Nashville, Denver, Charlotte and other great destinations. Partners and pets make frequent guest visits!

Chris Hollman

Data Quality Engineer

Chris joined Gridium as a data analyst after transitioning from a career in healthcare. He is passionate about using data to solve problems and make a positive impact on the planet. Chris lives in North Carolina with his wife Elizabeth and enjoys fly fishing, distance running, and any opportunity to learn new things.

Nisha Labroo

Data analyst

Nisha acquired her BS in Energy Engineering from Penn State and has since gained project management experience on the EPC side of commercial-scale solar farms. She is now an Energy Analyst I with Gridium.

Based in Providence with her orange tabby, you can find Nisha experimenting in the kitchen, walking dogs, making jewelry, and playing games with friends.

Ben Klaas

Internal Tools Engineer

Ben started professional life as a biologist (B.S. University of Wisconsin-Madison, M.S. Iowa State University), but long ago made the jump to the tech world, where his passion for data and puzzle solving are still well met. He’s worked with satellite data, internet access equipment, digital audio streaming devices, phone and voicemail management software, census and survey data, and several other things. He is an avid bird-watcher, cyclist, and golfer, so if there’s ever a triathlon with those three events he’s going to dominate, because that’s a narrowly overlapping Venn diagram.

Ben lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota with his wife and two daughters, where they barely endure the winter but absolutely love the summer.

Product Manager – Data Integrations (remote)

We are seeking a U.S.-based product manager with experience managing data integrations and data quality for SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate is comfortable researching 3rd party software platforms, digging deep into data, and collaborating with software engineers about the best ways to ingest and verify the quality of data. Also, you should have experience working with sales and customer success teams to prioritize integrations in a strategic way to expand support to more customers.

We are seeking a Data Analyst to help us manage the next generation of energy and operations software tools for buildings. This is an entry level position focused mostly on data entry.

We are looking for a Director of Customer Success to help us lead the management of the next generation of energy and operations software tools for buildings. This is a senior level position focused on account management, customer success leadership, driving net revenue retention and account expansion.
